Those mirrors are driving me nuts!

I might have gained few pounds....Hmmmm maybe a lot ... with all the stress but....The bathroom mirrors in the new house are very bad. Not only they are too big and low but you can also see yourself in the shower. Heeeeeek!
I think i was in denial or maybe i gained few pounds (cough). I don't look good. I even look 6 months pregnant and i am not!
I think my body image is different than reality....
What i see in the mirror is not how i see myself....Do you surprise yourself thinking the same way?

The good news is that i can do something about it....Going on my treadmill for 30 minutes a day...Nothing is stopping me this time...I really need to put myself first...

Got my papers back for my Naturalization. My appointment is on July 26th. Hopefully i won't miss that one! LOL
Hope you guys are enjoying your summer.
I just find my glue gun!!! YAY. LOL. Craft coming up...Unpacking can wait. LOL.

Fairy garden in a pot. In case you missed it.

I hate mirrors as well. Sometimes I don't recognize myself, that's scary. B
ut you look beautiful.
Good luck with your exam. While flying I read some sample questions they ask. I'd flunk. You will do fine. ((((HUGS))))

I looked at myself full bodied in the mirror last September in a fitting room and couldn't believe it. I was shocked so stepped on the scale...up 26 lbs! I went full force and am now back to 140! I really want a treadmill though.

Those mirrors stink! I always am shocked when I see my reflection in glass windows=0) LOL! Who knows what we really look like? I know you look fabulous! Can see it in the lovely pictures you post. LOVED you in the gown and I'm sure you don't look pregnant, LOL! I always feel that way when I eat a huge burrito.

Have a great day honey,

I am sure you look fine but I certainly identify with you as not feeling the way I look. Mirrors and window reflections make me do a double take! But that is motivation for me to get on MY treadmill!

Best wishes for everything going smoothly on the 26th!

Mirrors lie. I'm sure of it. But they are motivational!

Good luck on your exam on the 26th.

You surely got my attention --- it has to be the mirror I reckon until I go and fasten my pants and inhale deeply to pull up the zipper to only look ridiculous. so why am I keeping the smaller out grown size jeans? Or better yet, why am I not exercising more..sigh!

I tend to have the opposite problem... no matter how big I keep getting I keep seeing a hottie and that may sound romantic and healthy and all but I can assure you it isn't! I think I have the opposite of anorexic people... Its like if the character Gwenyth Paltrow on that movie 'Shallow Hal' were to actually see HERSELF in the mirror the way Hal did! ha ha
I am on day 1 of a 21 day detox to jump start my body into craving 'healthy' things again and regain my energy. I am too big right now but at least my son says, "Mom, I like you chuvey {chubby}"
As for you, and I know my opinion isnt as valuable as your own on the matter but you are freakin HOT!! You can't help it.. YOURE FRENCH!!

i know how that goes...especially if i get a glimpse of myself in the mirror from behind! ;)

one thing that really got in the right mindset was joining sparkpeople.com...it's kind of like a facebook for health and fitness - you can befriend other people, track what you're doing for workouts and eating habits, and read lots of helpful articles. just a site i actually discovered off a blog ;) (and if you do go on there, you should befriend me! my username is karebare00).

anyway, good for you for making the decision to go on the treadmill! sometimes all it takes is a decision and you will shed inches and pounds. :D
