Math pro App review

Ok Mommy bloggers, time for a pop quiz. What is the difference between rational and irrational numbers? Sounds like a straightforward math question right? No cheating now… you have to give me a clear answer without looking it up. If you are anything like me you are probably drawing a blank. With a daughter in 7th grade Algebra I am getting questions like this on a daily basis. There is both good news and bad news for you here. Good news first; there is an app for that. Bad news, at 7th grade my kids are already smarter than me and they still have Geometry, Trigonometry……Calculus and I will never keep up. Now back to the good news. My new favorite app is called Math Pro. With Math Pro, I actually have hope of keeping up with my 7th grade daughter or maybe just sound like I am keeping up with her.

Math Pro starts with Algebra 1 and breaks each subject down into the main components like Classifying Number, Points and Lines, Factoring etc. and gives you clear and easy definitions, tutorials and real examples. The app even breaks it down further to beginner, intermediate and advanced examples.

Here are a few screenshots from the app (look carefully and you will find the answer to your pop quiz):

Math Pro covers Algebra, Geometry, Probability, Statistics, Trigonometry and Calculus and is searchable. Here is one more unique added benefit; you can ask the author your difficult math questions directly. This is a quote by the math genius author of the app:
“I welcome all comments, questions, and suggestions: lfeldman65@gmail.com

I will answer your math questions for free on Facebook:

You can get the app directly on iTunes here:
