I have been sporting my favorite hat, i have more than 10 pounds to loose. Last week i finely zipped my jeans. I will not need this anymore.
My plan of attack is to be running but right now i can only walk. I am rusted and also need some care from my chiropractor.
I have been using the Nike App on my iphone and i like it. I need something very simple, the other Apps were more detailed and made me nervous. I am too busy already and spending too much time entering my calories, bla bla bla. Too much.
Also i want to start a reward goal. I will put in my piggy bank one dollar for every 20 minute work out.
So far this week. 7 miles!
This is the only shadow of me i like right now.
I am enjoying being outside, by myself, in the fresh air.
