Kabob recipe from the watermelon party and a surprise sauce!

The Kabobs are really easy...Use the veggies from your garden, now is the perfect time. I used Pork. Forgot the pineapple. The Pineapple would be perfect because of the sauce.
I used brown rice.

Coconut sauce for Kabobs

1 can of coconut milk,
1/2 cup sugar,
Pinch of salt,
Bring to boil all ingredients, stirring the whole time. Serve over Kabobs or on the side.

This looks delicious and healthy, Frenchy! And your rice looks creamy...not the instant stuff I use!!

Have a great weekend! :-)

That sounds great! I wonder what it would taste like when marinated with the meat...

Yummy! Got to try it as we get lots of coconut milk here in Thailand! Thanks for the idea of having brown rice on the side.
