I have a bad habit of taking my phone to bed with me. I find myself browsing Facebook and blog posts when I should be sleeping. Needless to say, good sleep is eluding me. Well, yes there is an app for that, “Yoga for Insomnia”. Now I know I am not unique with my smartphone bedtime routine and this app is soothing and designed to relax you for sleep. The app is HD quality and the voice and avatar instruct you through the yoga methods from beginner to advanced.
Additionally offered from the same developer is “Yoga for Weight loss”. Now if you have both the weight loss and insomnia issues mastered then there is no reason to read any further. But if you are like the rest of us and want to improve in both these categories then I recommend both these apps. This app is tailored to reduce visceral fat and to tone your abs and again is presented in HD quality with instruction and voice-over that takes you through the exercises.
