Cornbread muffins with stuffing ingredients.

I love to make those small individual cornbread muffins.
I make them for Christmas and for parties.
I usually used the ingredients i would use for a stuffing recipe.

Corn muffin with stuffing

2 apples,
1/2 bag cranberries,
6 strips of bacon,
Hand full of fresh cilantro,
1 box Krusteaz Honey cornbread mix,
Salt ,
Pepper.

Prepare the cornbread mix according to directions.
In a pan caramelize cubed apples, cranberries. Crumble cooked bacon.
Add the fresh cilantro.

When the stuffing mixture is cooled, add to the cornbread mix.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper.

Spray muffin pan with oil and spoon your mixture. Follow the cooking temperature on the cornbread box.

Cook until lightly golden.
You could add more ingredients like nuts, leeks, pears...anything you like in your stuffing
Enjoy!
This is very yummy!
