Some news and my Crockpot cake

They ruled out Ectopic pregnancy, appendicitis, abscess Friday at the ER. Then, they called me this morning to tell me that an exam came back positive for an infection....To tell you the truth. I fell much better now that i know what is going on..I am still hurting and i am sure the medication will take a while to work but i will be ok.
Thank you so much for your care and prayers...I know prayers work.

For my Naturalization. I am an American citizen only. I don't have dual.
My kids and Hubby are Americans. This is the right thing for me and i feel good about my decision. I am exited about voting and i feel like i belong.

I tried to renew my French Passport for 2 years to no success and after crying over it for 2 years. The mountain of paper work...I never saw the end.  Money to spend going to the Embassy in San Francisco. It came to my mind that i should get Naturalized....Then, this Peace fell on me...i felt relief. That same evening, i prepared the papers and send them the next morning...The process has been so easy and tear free. I know it was supposed to be...I am very happy.

I am glad to be in a Free Country, where i can decide what i want to do in my life. What job i want to do. Where i want to live. Who i want to be with...Freedom of religion, Freedom has no price...I am so grateful.

I made this cake today...Super easy and very yummy...The Crockpot does all the work for you...

Crockpot Chocolate cherry cake

1 Box of Chocolate cake mix,
1 can of Cherries pie filling,
1 cup sour cream or 1 can evaporated milk.

Mix it all in the Crockpot. Cook on high until done. If it start burning without being done in the middle, turn to low until done.
The cake should have a thick pudding texture.
Enjoy !

It was perfect for a snowy day...Like today...This is comfort food...

That is so wonderful about your citizenship! It's definitely on my to-do list:)

I'm glad you found out what was wrong. You really have to be your own advocate when it comes to your health, sometimes you have to be the squeaky wheel to get answers! Hopefully now they can give you something to make you feel better.
