My pet Chicken

I just love Chickens....I miss mine....We can have Chickens here surprisingly! Although i would need to buy a coop....
I am a big fan of Chicken stores and websites ....
My pet Chicken has this incredible deal! 25 All female assortment chicks! I would SO get it! You never see this! And i know about getting chicks!
$47.50 Free shipping!
This is a great deal and you get an assortment of fun Chickens!

July is great for raising chicks! I love raising them in summer because i can let them run around when they are 3 weeks. They follow the kids and we feed them bugs and play!
Maybe in few years....I warn you! They are addictive....

The pet blog hop link is on my right side bar in Saturday parties.

I would LOVE to have chickens. You're allowed to have them around here but sadly we wouldn't be able to get the coop the required distance from a property line:-(

I always wanted to have chickens... waking up in the morning like Cinderella (maid version) and going out and feeding the chickens... Of course the little birds are part of this fantasy LOL. Sadly in an apartment in London at the moment so chickens not such a good idea.

I can't wait until our renos are more under control and we have the time to properly care for the the chicks.... having seen your posts in the past - about your chicks, inspired me to say OK, to Hubby's idea of getting some.

Frenchy , I think we will be reading a post about your new chicken coop - sometime soon!!! You had too much fun with the other chicks.... XO HHL

Having chickens would be fun, but I don't live in an area where I can do it. I'll be happy going to the county fair!

HAHAHA Hugh heeled life...Yes, it is very hard for me to resist!
They sell coops also in the neighborhood... from crafty people...
Julie...You can only introduce adult chickens to adult chickens...So you would have to raise them in some made up coop or cage until they are full size. I did it before. I raised one chicken in my veggie garden. With a net on top. To keep hawks away. And kids. LOL
Chickens are a pure joy...If you can have some and raise them. Do it!
