Tomates farcies

This is a very easy diner recipe. My Mother used to make it a lot growing up. Tomates farcies or stuffed tomatoes.Cut the top and empty tomato with spoon.
Put the liquid and seeds from tomato in bowl with little bit of salt pepper and whatever dry herbs you have....I put parsley here and garlic powder. The flesh of tomatoes goes in dish with tomatoes.
One small pack of grounded beef meat for 5 tomatoes. Put in bowl, mix with herbs. Stuff tomatoes.
350 for an hour and half or until meat is cooked.
Serve with rice. Bon appetit!
