Pumpkin Jam recipe, great gift in a Jar.

I Love making this Pumpkin Jam (like butter). Super easy!
Then put it in small jar with a circle piece of fabric, ribbon, tag.
Great for a little gift for Visiting teaching. A friend going through a hard time or sick. Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas gift. Add a small tree ornaments like in picture and fabric fitting the event.

Pumpkin Jam

3 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
4 1/2 cups white sugar
1 Tablespoon pumkin pie spice
1 (.25 ounce) envelope unflavored gelatin

in a saucepan, combine pumpkin, sugar, pumpkin pie spice and gelatin, mix well.
On medium heat bring to boil, then stir constantly for 5 minutes.
Spoon hot stuff in jars and screw metal lids.
About 4 small jars.
