How to preserve Pumpkin seed for next year and Shutterfly Christmas cards giveaway

Mimi got this beautiful pink Heirloom pumpkin and i wanted to save the seeds for next year.

Here is how you do it:

Get your seeds out of the pumpkin and wash the flesh out in your bowl.

When seed are clean. pad them with a washcloth or paper towel.

Let them dry for 6 weeks on parchment paper in a dry area.

After 6 weeks place the seed in a plastic bag with paper towel and label your bag with permanent marker.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!!

Isabelle, I hope you're doing better with the morning sickness and the pregnancy is going well. I have enjoyed your last couple of posts and the kids are getting so big. I am hosting guest bloggers in November and would love to have you share some of your family traditions with my readers--you are always so creative and inspiring. Let me know if that's an option for you.
Hugs,
Mary

My daughter love to roast her pumpkin seeds. Looks like a delightful Halloween table for your children to enjoy their treats.

Wonderful, thank you so much for the post! My hubby and I love pumpkin seeds. It's been too long so I've participated in Pink Saturday and I've missed coming to your blog. We've had a very busy, stressful year and I'm looking forward to a calmer year next year (fingers crossed)
