Mimi got this beautiful pink Heirloom pumpkin and i wanted to save the seeds for next year.
Here is how you do it:
Get your seeds out of the pumpkin and wash the flesh out in your bowl.
When seed are clean. pad them with a washcloth or paper towel.
Let them dry for 6 weeks on parchment paper in a dry area.
After 6 weeks place the seed in a plastic bag with paper towel and label your bag with permanent marker.

Happy Halloween!! This is so great ... our God Daughter was asking if we could save the seeds - after pumpkin carving... and plant them next year.. we washed them ..but didn't know about the 6 week drying and storage ... thanks for sharing this...xo HHL
