Carrot and apple cake recipe

You know you made something good, when your 11 year old tells you the next day how the cake yesterday was "SO GOOD!".
And it was...I think my baby danced all night and this morning in my tummy...literally...Not much sleep...
I used Duncan Hines, Classic carrot decadent cake mix. Already very good....I added my touch...

Follow the recipe...3 eggs, oil, etc...

Add 2 apples peeled and cubed...

The carrots and raisins come in the box...

Pour in a bunt pan and follow the temp on the box...

I used Hot fudge ice cream topping (warm it up!) to glaze the cake...YUM...

Approved by the picky eaters...and baby.

I am so craving something sweet right this minute and this looks scrumptious. I prefer cakes that don't have lots of icing.
