Moon toasts from the Witch party

I used moon cookie cutters for the toasts.
Cut the bread,
Butter,
Place a thin layer of smoke salmon on top and a small cut piece of cucumber.
In France at Christmas time, we make salmon toasts. This is one of my favorites of all time.

That looks really yummy! You are such an amazingly creative person, Frenchy!

Please forgive me for posting about something that is not about French food or art. Today is a very special day for me because it is my father's birthday. So my post is about his French Obsession, that probably saved his life.

I already have an idea for December first. I will be dipping into history again, but I am hoping that I can make it a little more festive than my November post.

Best wishes,
Anna
