Ducks are free

French obsession July 1st and Give away!
Don't miss it!

We took the ducks to the pond...Few days later i saw them with a group of other ducks....I am glad they find some friends and are happy....

I sold my chickens....was very sad. They find good new owners. I hatched them and we raised them , they were so gentle and sweet.

I am ok, packing up...I know a lot of good things are coming...
Have a great day!

Thank you for stopping by! Yes, you did see some temples in some of those pictures. I was born and raised in Utah, but now I live in Texas. I have been loving reading your blog! What area of Utah are you in?

Oh My Gosh! My girls and I did the same thing a month ago with our two ducks. It was time to let them be real ducks so we took them to our local park that has a very nice pond. They loved the water and seem content! But, I do go check on them to make sure they are happy duckies.....we kinda got attached to them! Good luck in your move, Frenchy!

I was wondering what you were going to do with the ducks and chicks when they got bigger. I am glad the ducks found some friends!! How is the move going?

They are always welcome here at the farm :)

Sorry for not being around as much, we had a home mishap and have been trying to get everything back in order...

Sure am glad to visit, and see those young ones...so cute!

It's always sad to see something you raised have to leave! The ducks are adapting and the chickens will be happy in their new home as well.

Good luck!

I'm sure you'll all be happy in your new homes--ducks, chicks and two-legged folks!

Susan! You did that too!
Ducks are better layers than Chickens...But i wanted them free instead of selling them.
the move is doing well :)

I have been immersed in our backyard chickens the past couple of weeks.
Chicks have been hatching...some good, some not healthy. I know how you can become emotionally attached.

Thanks for visiting Hospitality Lane.

Salt Lake will always have a special place in my heart. I grew up just north of Salt Lake City and I miss the happy small town feel of it all. There are other things I don't miss but I find myself still calling Utah home.
