Day 11, valentine countdown

If you love PF Changs, you will like this:

Lettuce wraps

  1. One small pack of grounded pork or sausage,
  2. Half of a red cabbage, shredded
  3. Half of a green cabbage, shredded
  4. Sunflower seeds,
  5. Lettuce head,
  6. 1 tsp sesame oil,
Brown the pork with oil, add cabbage. When cooked add seeds. Serve in lettuce.
This is my Hubby's favorite.

O my! Now I am starving.

Have you tried the Crispy Green Beans at PF Changs? That is all I ever order. They are too addictive and filling so no room for anything else. Yummers. I may have to get these at lunch tomorrow [wicked grin]

Hi Frenchy,
This nice little lettuce wrap recipe couldn't have shown up on my radar screen at a better time. I'm on a roll trying to live healthier.
I can imagine how the sesame oil boosts the flavor! I'm heading to the store before it snows. YUM!
