For this recipe, i used Organic apple sauce and granola....The kids love this cookie. It is simple and very fast to put together...
Le Chateau des fleurs Fall cookies
1 box carrot cake mix
2eggs
1/2 cup cinnamon apple sauce
1 cup granola
1/2 cup butter melted and cooled.
Mix all ingredients, with 2 spoons drop mixture on cookie sheet lined with parchment paper.
Cook 400 degrees until edges are a little bit golden.
Very good with chocolate drizzled on top.....Unless your kids got in the chocolate and it is all gone...Hmmm next time...
****
Butter can be replaced by oil or sour cream.

ReplyDeleteThose look GREAT! Now I have a great idea for the box of carrot cake mix wastin away in MY pantry. Have you ever used Flax Seed?? I just "discovered" it. According to the box you can sub it for shortening/butter and it's LOADED with Omega3. I haven't tried it as a sub. yet, but I have been adding it into a TON of things:) I can't wait to try out your recipe!! THANXXXX!
