Roti de pork en croute recipe from the French Country party

The first thing you want to do is to cook your pork roast in the pan completely.
I added 3 apples and minced garlic.

When the roast is cooked, place it in the fridge for a couple hours and mash the apples (without the skin) and garlic together to make a sauce.

You need 2 pie crusts from the refrigerated section.

Place your roast on the first pie crust and cover with the garlic apple sauce.

Cover with the 2nd pie crust. brush with a some egg or milk. make sure you poke with a knife air vents and decorate with the extra crust according to the event or season.
Cook according to the pie crust directions.

Serve in your favorite dish !

Parties are on my side bar.

  3. Pork! My favorite, don't know if I pay enough attention to recipes to be able to pull a beauty like this off. I can't help it, I'm a fly-by-the-seat-of-my-pants chef. Then again, I wouldn't call myself a chef since my 'experiments' usually end up in the dog dishes. At least Lady and Buster are happy. They never snub their noses at my creations, man's best friends!
