There are so many wonderful things about summer. Longer days, eating watermelon in the moonlight, fresh Georgia peaches straight from the farm, fireflies, flowers in the garden and sitting outside just day dreaming. It makes me sad when summer ends.
Quiet breezy mornings with coffee before kids get up. Little sleepyheads don't have to rush off to school first thing in the a.m. Doorbell ringing looking for playmates. Having no agenda all day long and just going with the flow. Sinking my feet into the sand and feeling the sunshine on my face. Cutting flowers from the garden and putting them everywhere around the house, even in the bathroom because they are so plentiful. Oh I could go on and on! Sounds like you had a wonderful summer - so glad! Enjoy the crisp days of fall ahead!
