Week 17: I did super good with 2 hours of boxing and 2 hours of kickboxing. Week 18: I was so sore last week that I only did 2 hours of boxing. Week 19: I was helping for a church activity and I had to cook a lot of treats and I was super busy, no work out and I ate way too many desserts. Not good. Week 20: No working out and I really thought I would have gained a lot of weight after last week but no I haven't. I am pretty happy. By Isabelle Thornton
Probably because your body needed a good cheat day! Did you know that your metabolism is revved up after having a cheat day? Eating the foods you want rather than being on a strict diet? It's true! It raises your leptin hormone and once your cheat day is over...and you go back on your diet...your body loses even more in the days after wards. Cool, eh? That's why I have one cheat day a week. This has helped me keep the weight off now for years.
