Shabby Chic Christmas wreath

So this Christmas....This is a Shabby chic Christmas if you have noticed....
I made a wreath to go with the inside decor...
So...Find some elements that would go together using what i had. No money spent here...

Old Wreath...White lights...
Sprayed snow...

Did it outside...

I had a tassel as the base...The brooch as the center of the flower...Little bird house ornament...
Hot glued the whole thing together...
Snow ball ribbon...

Outside it goes...

Now, i have to figure out how to plug it...
There is always a first time !

Are you ready for the Christmas house tour ?
I worked very hard at it !

  7. This is so pretty Frenchy!! I love the tassle :)

I think you have to purchase a small battery pack, to plug the lights in.
I am not sure where you would buy one though. Good luck!

It will be quite lovely lit up!!

  30. Frenchy you are such a genius! What a great idea for an ultra fake looking old wreath or garland! I've got some up in my attic - and we have no snow yet. I think you've just given me the decorating idea of the season! Now my wheels are spinning since I don't think I have any white spray paint on hand. I wonder how it would look if I splattered one with thinned out white paint...you know, by shaking the brush at it?

    Thanks for sharing.
