Parisian wreath tutorial

I find a pretty wreath at Hobby Lobby at 50% off.
I thought the color and style was perfect. The inside of the house is Yellow. Love the feathers...SO me.

Got this plaque 50% off too.
Ribbon that match 50% off.
A door hanger.

First I used the ribbon. Made a big bow and wrapped it around the wreath...

You can see from the back.

I made 3 fabric flowers....
With my glue gun. Folded the beginning, then glued and folded from the back...

Keep on going around and gluing....

Then crunch it up tight...

Glued them on the big bow...

Those roses are great for so many purpose. Scrapbooking, jewelry, accessories...Great embellishment!
I think it is funny...At the craft store, a lady asked me if i knew where the flowers from scrapbooking where...I replied...I don't know...I make them....

This flower is made with wire ribbon...
The wire in the ribbon makes it fast and easy to make them...You just manually bend it...
Then, I glued the Eiffel tower plaque....

I placed the flowers on the bottom right because the door is very tall. I wanted the guest to see the flowers when they look up...and enter...

I placed ribbon on the wreath holder too.

I love the black door...

I think it looks great with the door....

  52. Hi Frenchy,
    Beautiful wreath!

I would love to participate in your French-meme, but I am racking my brain to do an appropriate post. If I were to write a review of a movie set in Paris, could I link it, even if it is an American-made movie, that illustrates the admiration the rest of us none-french people have for France?

I'll write an email and tell you exactly what I am thinking.
    Best wishes,
