I love this! This is great for a snack or appetizers...
Get Endives at the store...
Wash and separate the leaves...
Place Feta and walnuts in each leafs...drizzle ranch dressing...In France we would eat it with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing...But my kids would not eat it...They like ranch....
