French snack

I love this! This is great for a snack or appetizers...
Get Endives at the store...
Wash and separate the leaves...

Place Feta and walnuts in each leafs...drizzle ranch dressing...In France we would eat it with a balsamic vinaigrette dressing...But my kids would not eat it...They like ranch....

YUM!
XOXO

  17. Hi Frenchy,
I love anything with feta cheese! By the way, on the off chance that I win the giveaway of a spot on your sidebar (a girl can always hope, right?!), I know that you are drawing tomorrow. We are leaving early tomorrow for a quick camping trip, and will return late Saturday night. So, if I'm the winner (ha!), I will talk to you then. :)
