Day 13, Valentine countdown and Birthday!!!!

Today is Hubby's Birthday!!!!

I am using the big cupcake pan bought at Walmart. You can also get it on line. Devil's food chocolate cake mix. It is a good idea to use two boxes if you are scared to not fill up the molds enough. I did it with one but two would have made a better job.

Make sure you grease and flour the molds...
Let cool and freeze overnight in freezer. Always freeze cake when making fancy ones. They are easier to cut and play with. It will save you a lot of time and frustration.
Cut the rounded part flat.....The next day when frozen
Put together with icing....
The cute Handmade card says : HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!!!
Now you understand all the cupcake cards...:)
Piped cream cheese icing, Valentine M&Ms. The candies are placed in a triangle pattern.
All ready....
Black and white candles are a super cute contrast!!!
Happy Birthday Hubby, I LOVE YOU!!!!
